This post walks through how to submit a bug you have discovered on the Scopa platform. If you have ideas on how to improve shoppable product tagging and make it more effective, please visit the post on how to request a feature or view our public product feature roadmap.
We appreciate new ideas and suggestions to continue making Scopa the best it can be.
To Report a Bug
First, go to https://scopaanalytics.kampsite.co/ and look to see if your circumstance is already listed. If your circumstance is already accounted for, feel free to upvote it so we know it’s widespread. If the bug is not yet listed, please click on the blue “+ New” button to start a new bug submission.
Bugs are prioritized by importance to our clients. and partners. The submissions with the most upvotes will be reviewed first.
Second, select the type of item your suggestion that most closely resembles your submission. For example, if you had a new feature request that is outside of Scopa’s current functionality, you would select “New Feature”. If something is not working as expected, please label that as a “Bug”.
If you submit your bug, please include as much relevant data to give helpful context as possible. Items like operating system, browser choice, eCommerce or CMS platform can help us identify potential causes and solutions.
Please do not submit any confidential information.
Please do not include any confidential or compromising information in your feature requests as they will be public.
If you believe your item is an isolated circumstance, please contact support via form or email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
